According to the characteristic of nine - area diagram of substation vol / var coordinated control , this system gives the defination of fuzzy sets and the degree of membership of input / output variables , and designs corresponding control rules . the results of simulation demonstrate the system can satisfy the constrains of the day - adjusting times of the switching of on - load transformer and paralleled compensation capacitors , and ensure voltage quality , reactive power basical balance . considering the var requirement in different load time period and the control demand in load saltation , a improved control scheme is provided . the results of simulation show the improved scheme can meet the demand of vol / var in different load time period , protect the wrong operation when either voltage or reactive power appears saltation , and decrease the times of regulation of the switching of on - load transformer and paralleled compensation capacitors finally , a background software module of substation vol / var coordinated control is designed , based on the supervisory control and data acquisition system of substation 仿真結(jié)果證明該系統(tǒng)能在各種負(fù)荷條件下確保電壓合格和無功基本平衡,且能滿足變電站對(duì)有載調(diào)壓變壓器分接頭日調(diào)節(jié)次數(shù)和并聯(lián)補(bǔ)償電容器組的日投切次數(shù)的限制。通過考慮不同負(fù)荷時(shí)段對(duì)無功功率的需求和負(fù)荷突變情況下的控制要求,對(duì)上述模糊控制策略進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),仿真結(jié)果證明改進(jìn)后的控制策略能滿足不同負(fù)荷時(shí)段對(duì)電壓和無功的要求、抑制電壓或無功突變情況下的誤動(dòng)作,且有效地減少了有載調(diào)壓變壓器分接頭和并聯(lián)補(bǔ)償電容器組的調(diào)節(jié)次數(shù)。最后基于變電站scada系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)了一后臺(tái)電壓無功綜合控制軟件模塊。
